Alligator Stew
Flo's Place was the first restaurant in South Carolina to serve alligator. Our stew is a complex recipe starting with a roax, sautéed alligator, beef and fish stocks, ten different spices, sausage, onions, celery and tomatoes.

deep fried and served with tartar sauce.

We serve em with a roasted red pepper mayonaisse dip.

Alligator leg sections- tastes like a cross
between chicken and veal marinated and served
with our own honey mustard barbecue sauce.

    A creamy, white base with corn, potatoes, onions
and fresh local fish.

Bayou Special
Sauteed crawfish and shell on shrimp tossed with the
chef's garlic herb butter and served with Flo's Famous
Garlic Bread for plenty of sopping up the juices.

Delious shrimpprepared with vegetables in a creamy
sauce and made into a pie. Served with blackened green
beans and Flo's Famous Garlic Bread.

SEAFOOD PLATTERS

Fried Platters
Served with frenchfries, coleslaw and garlic bread.
We use only a lightly dusted coating on our items
to allow the freshness and delicate flavor of the seafood to come through.
All selections must be fried.

Grilled Platters
Seasoned with a light lemon , butter, wine
and parsley sauce The seafood is presented on
a bed of seasoned rice accompanied with cajun
potato melange, okra, tomatoes and garlic
bread. All selections must be grilled.

Sauteed Platters
Seasoned with garlic herb butter. The seafood is presented on a bed of freshly steamed white rice, accompanied by cajun potato melange, okra, tpmatoes and garlic bread.
All selections must be sauteed.
