A Feast For One
  Flo's signature feast. A large kettle filled with oysters, clams, shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and seasonal shellfish, which might be crawfish, mussels, or crab claws and topped with Snow crab claws. Served with garlic bread and a rich sauce for dunking all the delicacies.

Cajun Blackened Fish
Flo's blackened fish is made in the authentic cajun style. We dredge the fish through a paste of spices. This is the best blackened fish you will ever eat! Served over a bed of seasoned rice accompanied withour own crawfish potatoes, okra and tomatoes with garlic bread.

Shrimp Creole
Creole sauce prepared with premium pear tomatoes, onions, green peppers, shallots, parsley and spices to make a tangy sauce which compliments the delicate taste of the shrimp. Served on a bed of rice with garlic bread.

Red Beans and Rice with Sauce
A traditional Monday dish in New Orleans for rich or poor. Red beans seasoned with ham hocks and served with sauage on a heaping bed of freshly cooked rice. Garlic bread accompanies this feast.

Seafood Gumbo
Gumbo, fresh oysters, fish, shrimp, and crab combined and thickened by an African vagetable, okra, seasoned in a roux with sausage and spices. This dish is a savory stew served over a mound of freshly cooked rice. Accompanied by garlic bread.

Sautéed Bayou Crab Cakes
Delectable hand made crab cakes. Served with okra and
tomatoes, cole slaw, crawfish potatoes and garlic bread.



Fried Green Tomato Topped Flounder
Flounder broiled with a roasted red pepper glaze, topped with Flo's Famous Fried Green Tomatoes, and drizzled with creamy monterey jack cheese. Served on a bed of fluffy white rice and accompanied by crawfish potatoes, okra and tomatoes with Flo's famous garlic bread.

Blackened Scallops
Scallops dredged onour own blackening mixture and served smothered with Monterey Jack cheese over a bed of seasoned rice. Accompanied by okra and tomatoes with Flo's famous garlic bread.

Parmesan Grouper
A generous fillet of grouper coated with a toasted Parmesan crust. Served with crawfish potatoes, okra and tomatoes with Flo's famous garlic bread.

Fried Platters
Served with french fries, coleslaw and garlic bread. We use only a lightly dusted coasting on
our seafood items to allow the freshness and delicate flavors of the seafood to come through.

Grilled Platters
Seasoned with a light, lemon, butter, wine and parsley sauce. The seafood is presented on a
bed of seasoned rice, accompanied with crawfish potatoes, okra and tomatoes, and garlic bread.

Sautéed Platters
Seasoned with garlic herb butter. The seafood is presented on a bed of freshly steamed white
rice, accompanied with crawfish potatoes, okra and tomatoes and garlic bread.
